All contents contained within our sites are Copyright F & F Enterprise which includes, but is not limited to, html coding, flash and graphics used unless production content is provided by client (requires no editing).

On all websites, website templates, flash and newsletters a visible link to www.fnf-enterprises.com must be displayed on all pages as credit for the design.

Leased Domains

When a clients ends a domain lease contract with F&F Enterprises, Inc, we reserve the right to sell, auction, or repurpose the previously leased domains at our discretion. After lease termination, the previous leasee will hold no rights or claims to a previously leased domain.

Past Due Accounts

If full payment of any invoice is not received within 60 days of the invoice date, F&F Enterprises, Inc reserves the right to do the following:

Suspend all website services at 08:00 AM EST on the 60th day. (This includes if only partial payment is made). Any prepaid hosting balance will be applied to the outstanding account balance and a final invoice will be sent. If that balance is not paid within 10 days, the past due account will be sent to collections at the cost of delinquent account. The process to sell, auction, or repurpose the leased domains will start immediately on the 60th days.

If it is decided on or after the 60th day to reactivate your account, the following payments will be due:

• Reactivation fee
• Outstanding account balance to be paid in full and any collection fees if applicable
• Cost of 1 year hosting contract
• Cost of additional domain lease
• Depending on the state of the resale of your domains, you may need to choose a new domain

We strive to maintain a friendly relationship with all clients, but this policy is in place to protect our interests.
